If you are not completely satisfied with your order, our satisfaction guarantee will ensure that its made by solving your doubts or any problem you have. You just have to follow the detailed instructions in this section.


OUR GUARANTEE WITH YOU

Our satisfaction guarantee is unconditional. If you believe that Sabz Swimwear products purchased on our website do not fit your needs (subject to normal wear and tear), return your order and coordinate the change for some other product of equal por greater price. You can return purchases made at sabzswimwear.com within 10 business days. All return packages must be sent within the mentioned time. The indicated in this section does not modify the terms and conditions of our retraction policy. We don’t make refunds of payments or cancellations of sales made only in the last instance that having exhausted all the options offered by SABZ SWIMWEAR our product don’t meet your expectations.


RETURN AND CHANGE POLICY

You can return your SABZ Swimwear purchase made in our online store, within 10 days from the date of receipt of the package and coordinate a changeof it for another product. If the return is made outside this period or the item has been used, damaged or is not shipped in its original packaging, SABZ Swimwear can not accept the return and can not refund the payment. Returns of clothing will only be accepted if the original labeling has not been removed.

PRODUCT RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

To return a product, follow these instructions:

  • Register your claim if your request is authorized, we will indicate the day of collection of the product. Make sure you deliver the items in their original packaging and that all items of swimwear have the original labels.
  • Before registering your claim on the web, make sure you have the following information at hand:
    • Order number
    • Order date
    • Transfer address
    • Phone number
    • Photo of Ballot or invoice as appropriate

SHIPPING COLLECTION

The shipping cost will not be reimbursed for all minor purchases $100. The following shipping costs as changes of products will have a normal cost of $30 by each shipping.  


DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

For SABZ Swimwear, quality is essential. We thoroughly check all our products under real conditions to make sure they are fully capable of supporting the uses for which they were designed. It is extremely rare that our products are damaged or defective.

The term that a customer has to submit and that the return for defective product is 7 calendar days from the date of purchase, provided that the age of the product is not equal to or greater than 3 seasons past.

The quality control department of SABZ Swimwear will inspect the returned products; If the damage is the result of a manufacturing defect or if the product does not meet the factory specifications, a product change will be made to one in a good condition.

In case the articles have not passed the quality control, these will be sent to the offices of SABZ Swimwear. The call center will coordinate with the customers to receive the payment of the shipping cost before sending the product.

If the problem is due to reasons other than the quality of the material or the assembly process, we will return the original product and no changes will be made.

We do not reimburse products:

  • If they have not been obtained at sabzswimwear.com If they have been damaged by misuse or negligence (exposure to chemicals, caustic substances, open flame source, a lot of heat, sharp objects, etc.)
  • If they have been damaged by misuse or by activities other than the intended purpose The useful life of any SABZ Swimwear product depends on the particular use made of it, the conditions of use and the characteristic wear patterns of the user. SABZ Swimwear products damaged by normal wear and tear or that have exceeded the reasonable life of the product will not be replaced. REFUND SABZ

Refunds will be processed once the item has entered our warehouse and is validated by the quality area, according to our return policy, in coordination with the customer and the case there is no product at all the store to satisfies it.

SABZ SWIMWEAR will request the return of your money to your bank or the issuer of your credit card within 30 business days from the date the credit note is generated. Your bank or your credit card issuer may need more time to process the refund.

Refunds of purchases paid to PayPal, as appropriate will be paid to the account provided by the customer prior coordination, also the time of returns for purchases made through PayPal can be consulted with the call center who will inform you of the status of the case until it become effective.
