Exchanges and returns

SABZ SWIMWEAR offers its customers the possibility of making changes to their purchase during the first 10 business days from receiving the package. Contact customer service to begin the process by writing us a message to WhatsApp: (511) 998177130 or to the email contact@sabz.com.pe .

In order to exercise the right to exchange a product, the terms and conditions mentioned below must be met:

  • Present and/or indicate the proof of purchase, number, date and telephone number.
  • The product must be in perfect condition, with no signs of use, with labels and original packaging.
  • Exchanges may be made for products with a new size or another model of your preference.
  • If you choose a product with a higher value, the customer assumes payment of the remaining difference, after coordination with customer service. – If the exchange is for a product of lower value than the original, we will give you a voucher for the difference in price.
  • If there is no availability for the exchange, the value of the product will be delivered in a credit note for a new purchase.
  • The credit note for a new purchase is valid for 90 days from the date of creation.
  • Exchanges are not allowed for items that are discounted in the clearance section or on promotion.
  • Product exchange will be subject to inventory availability at the time of exchange.
  • Exchanges will be dispatched approximately 2 business days after the product is received in the warehouse and the same times as regular delivery will apply.

RETURN POLICY

If you are not completely satisfied with your order, our satisfaction guarantee will ensure that any queries or issues you may have are resolved. Products returned for exchange must meet the conditions stated above within the specified time frame.

  • SABZ SWIMWEAR will not be responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
  • Any merchandise in poor condition will be returned to the customer and an additional shipping fee will be charged.
  • If the return is made outside the stated period or the item has been used, damaged or is not sent in its original packaging, the return cannot be accepted for exchange.
  • Returns for exchange will only be accepted if the original labeling has not been removed.
  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who, in our opinion, makes excessive returns or exchanges.
  • Products purchased on sale or at a discount and from the clearance section cannot be returned.
  • Exchanged items will not be shipped until the returned item is received and approved for exchange.
  • In the event that an item you requested for exchange is not received, we will notify you of the potential delay via email.
  • We will also contact you by email if the item requested for an exchange has been discontinued and we are unable to fulfill your request.
  • Subsequent shipments for product changes will have the normal cost of 10 dollars for USA  and 30 dollars for the rest of the world.

SHIPPING CHARGE

  • Return shipping must be paid by the customer.
  • The shipping charge paid by the customer will not be refunded.
  • Subsequent shipments for product changes will have the normal cost of 10 dollars for USA  and 30 dollars for the rest of the world.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

At SABZ SWIMWEAR, quality is paramount. We thoroughly test all of our products under real-world conditions to ensure they are fully capable of withstanding the uses they have been designed for. It is extremely rare for our products to be damaged or defective.

The period that a customer has to submit and process a return for a defective product is 7 calendar days from the date of purchase, provided that the age of the product is not equal to or greater than 3 past seasons.

SABZ SWIMWEAR's quality control department will inspect returned products; if the damage is a result of a manufacturing defect or if the product does not meet factory specifications, the product will be exchanged for one that is in good condition.

If the items have not passed quality control, they will be sent to the SABZ SWIMWEAR offices for repair. The Customer Service team will notify you so that you can pick them up when the repairs are ready. If the problem is due to reasons other than the quality of the material or the assembly process, we will return the original product to you and no exchange will be made.

We do not exchange or repair products:

  • If they have not been obtained from sabzswimwear.com, if they have been damaged by misuse or negligence (exposure to chemicals, caustic substances, open flame source, high heat, sharp objects, etc.)
  • If they have been damaged by misuse or activities other than their intended purpose. The lifespan of any SABZ SWIMWEAR product depends on the particular use made of it, the conditions of use and the wear patterns characteristic of the user. SABZ SWIMWEAR products damaged by normal wear and tear or that have exceeded the reasonable life of the product will not be replaced. Our customer service is available to assist you with your return and exchange process.

REFUNDS

A flexible exchange policy is in place, but refunds or reimbursements are not issued.
