To register with SABZ Swimwear, you only need to enter your email address, a password and your date of birth. We collect your date of birth to prevent minors from registering with SABZ Swimwear.
By providing your personal data on the Site, you give your express and unequivocal consent that you accept that these may be processed, within the framework of the terms and conditions provided in this SABZ Swimwear Privacy Policy. For these purposes, processing shall be understood as any technical operation or procedure, by automatic or non-automatic means, that allows the collection, registration, organization, storage, conservation, elaboration, modification, extraction, consultation, use, blocking, deletion, communication by transfer or by diffusion or any other form of processing that facilitates the access, correlation or interconnection of personal data.

2.1.3 FLASH COOKIES
A special type of cookie is the so-called “flash cookie”. In contrast to normal cookies, these cookies are not created and stored by the server, but are controlled by the Adobe Flash plugin. They may contain more information than normal cookies. and cannot be deleted or disabled through the browser; this can only be done using tools such as the Adobe Flash Player website. 2.1.4 WEB BEACONS AND TRACKING LINKS
Web beacons (also known as pixel tags or invisible GIFs) are graphic elements that are invisible to the user. 2.2 DATA PROVIDED BY YOU
In addition to the data that is collected automatically, we also process data that you provide to us. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Your contact information, including your first and last name, address (billing or delivery), date of birth, and email address and, optionally, your phone number. We need your email address and (optionally) your phone number so we can contact you with questions or information about your order.
- Other information necessary to process your order, such as information about the products you have ordered, billing and delivery address, and your bank or credit card details.
- If you have created an online profile, the preferences and interests stored in this profile (see below: additional information on profiles).

In order to be able to contact you with information that is of particular interest to you, we will analyse and use in aggregate form your general interaction with SABZ Swimwear (such as, for example, your purchasing behaviour in online stores, in physical SABZ Swimwear stores, your use of loyalty programmes, your product ratings and evaluations, your contact history with our customer service department, your newsletter opening and click results, your surfing behaviour (web tracking), the types of newsletters to which you are subscribed, your participation in promotions or events, your interactions with my coach. In section 5 you will find information about your rights and in particular how you can withdraw your consent.
4. DISCLOSURE OF INFORMATION

We may use service providers and data processors working on behalf of SABZ Swimwear. Services may include system hosting and maintenance services, analytics services, email messaging services, delivery services, payment transaction management, credit and address checks, etc. These third parties are granted access to such personal data as they require in order to provide the relevant service. Service providers and data processors are contractually bound to treat the information in the strictest confidence. Furthermore, they are contractually prohibited from using the data in any way other than as required. Steps have been taken to ensure that our service providers and processors working on behalf of SABZ Swimwear protect the confidentiality of your data. SABZ Swimwear believes that it has a responsibility to protect the privacy of minors and, consequently, has no intention of collecting data from minors under the age of 18. We also encourage parents and other caregivers to surf the Internet with their children and participate with them in the multitude of activities offered on the wide range of websites. If a minor under the age of 18 attempts to submit a registration request, it will be rejected and the minor will be notified that applications from minors under the age of 18 are not accepted. For this reason, we ask parents and other caregivers to monitor and supervise the Internet use of minors in order to protect them. However, SABZ Swimwear will not be responsible for the registration of personal data by a minor under the age of 18 if, at the time of registration, the minor provided a false date of birth, which would lead to the assumption that the person registering is not under that age.

9. COREMETRICS WEB ANALYTICS
The web analytics services on our website are provided by Coremetrics (www.coremetrics.com). This means that when you visit our website, a Coremetrics cookie will be stored on your computer or mobile device, unless your computer settings have been set to disable this cookie. do not allow the storage of these cookies (see section 2.1.2).
This also means that when you visit our website, the web analytics data described in section 2 above (including click-stream data, web beacon and tracking link data, and information stored in Coremetrics cookies) will be sent to Coremetrics for analysis on behalf of SABZ Swimwear.
